By accessing or purchasing from dudiafashion.com you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. We reserve the right to amend them at any time. Continued use of the site after any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. A contract is formed only when we send you an order confirmation email. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order — for example if a product is out of stock, incorrectly priced, or if we suspect fraudulent activity.

Once an order is confirmed it cannot be cancelled. Please review your order carefully before completing checkout.

All prices are displayed in Kenyan Shillings (KES) and are inclusive of applicable taxes. Prices are subject to change without notice. The price charged will be the price shown at the time you placed your order.

We accept major credit and debit cards and MPesa. All transactions are processed securely via Stripe. We do not store card details on our servers.

We aim to dispatch orders within 1–2 business days. Delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed. DudiaFashion is not liable for delays caused by third-party couriers or circumstances outside our control.

Risk of loss and title for products passes to you upon delivery.

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery provided items are unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags attached. To initiate a return, email dudiafashion@outlook.com with your order number.

• ◆Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of receiving the returned item.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DudiaFashion shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our site or products. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount paid for the relevant order.

These terms are governed by the laws of Kenya. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Kenyan courts.
