Shipping Policy

We deliver to all seven Emirates in the UAE — Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah, and Umm Al Quwain. We do not currently ship internationally.

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.

You will receive a dispatch confirmation email with a tracking link once your order leaves us.

Standard shipping is free on all orders over AED 300. The discount is applied automatically at checkout — no code required.

Every order is fully tracked. Your tracking number is emailed at dispatch and can be used directly on our courier's website.

If your tracking link shows no movement for more than 48 hours after dispatch, contact us at dudiafashion@outlook.com and we'll investigate immediately.

Our courier will attempt delivery twice. If both attempts fail, the parcel is held at a local depot for 5 business days before being returned to us.

Re-delivery after a failed attempt may incur an additional shipping fee. To avoid this, ensure your delivery address and phone number are correct at checkout.

In the rare event your order arrives damaged or does not arrive at all, email dudiafashion@outlook.com within 48 hours of the expected delivery date. Include your order number and, where relevant, a photograph.

We will work with the courier to resolve the issue and, where applicable, arrange a replacement or refund.

DudiaFashion is not liable for delays or failed deliveries caused by an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout. Please review your delivery details carefully before confirming your order.
